Important Information for Tikex™ DOS system Users

Tikex™ has been in the entertainment industry as a successful ticketing solution since the early 1990's. All our Tikex™ users have been a signifcant part of Tikex™ over the years and we appreciate your continued support.

House of Tickets has decided that the old Tikex™ DOS system will cease, all maintenance agreement/contracts that were with Venue Technology will not be renewed. We will endeavour to continue supporting Tikex™ (DOS version) until the end of your current contract.

With this announcement, we would also like to recommend a suitable replacement solution so you can continue ticketing your events well into the future.
