Manage an event without forgetting one detail. EventPro's event management wizard includes lease and deposit due date reminders, flexible location rate codes and multiple seating capacities. Enter event details such as tables and A/V equipment with a simple click of the mouse. EventPro's advanced liquor tabs allows complete flexibility to allow for different costs depending on open bar, happy hour, or prepaid charges. EventPro Software also allows users to turn off any tabs that are not needed in their facility. For example, if your facility does not handle catering or liquor, simply turn off the tabs.
